These terms and conditions explain to you everything about the products purchased on (LITTLE OTTERs’ webshop) with delivery in most of Europe– unless specifically stated otherwise in the same conditions. The webshop is owned and operated by BIG OTTER ApS, VAT no. 42531774, Pieterbanksvej 17, 7600 Struer, Denmark. +45 29 92 62 79.

Please read these terms carefully before using Little Otters’ webshop.


1.1 all prices are quoted with Danish VAT (25%) and other taxes included.

1.2 in the Little Otter webshop, all valid prices are indicated next to each product. We always try to ensure that all prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover any errors in the order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as possible. You have two choices:
· 1. Re-confirm your order at the correct price, or
* 2: cancel your order · If we cannot get in touch with you, the order will be treated as canceled. If you choose to cancel your order, but it has been paid, we will refund the entire amount.


2.1 making a purchase in the Little Otters’ webshop takes place in four steps:
2.1.1 Find the product (s) you are interested in and add it (s) to the basket. To place an order, go to the basket at the top of the website and proceed by clicking "go to checkout".
2.1.2 enter your personal information.
2.1.3 select payment method.
2.1.4 confirm that all information in the order summary is correct and approve the purchase. You will then be forwarded to a secure website where the credit card details can be entered.


2.2 immediately after you have placed an order in the Little Otters’ webshop, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with details in relation to delivery - provided that you have entered the correct e-mail address when placing the order.


2.3 if you find that some information in your order confirmation is not correct, please contact our support team immediately at so that the error can be corrected.


3.1 when you shop at Little Otters’ Webshop, a credit must be used. To protect your credit card information, payment is handled by an approved and certified payment provider. This ensures that all your personal information is encrypted in such a way that neither LITTLE OTTER nor other third parties can access your card information. Stripe handles the payments on our website.


3.2 payment can be made by Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. No fees are charged when paying by credit card. The amount deducted from your account will never exceed the amount that you approved when placing your order.


3.3 the payment will be completed when the item is shipped.



4.1 The delivery to Danish addresses will, under normal circumstances, take place within a week if the product is in stock. In connection with campaigns and high season, longer delivery times may occur.


4.2 delivery is preferably by DHL or Postnord.


4.3 there are no free deliveries unless specified otherwise.



LITTLE OTTER always tries to deliver products within the assessed timeframe. Sometimes delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure. Please contact our support team at for further delivery information.


LITTLE OTTER assumes responsibility for all damage to products during transport. The products are your own (or one you have appointed) responsibility as soon as you have physically received the product. If you choose to return any of the products, you are responsible for damage during transport until LITTLE OTTER has physically received the products.


7.1 LITTLE OTTER products have a 24-month warranty, which covers defects and defects valid from the day you received the products. This applies whether you have purchased the product on our webshop or another retailer. Please note that products purchased from one of our LITTLE OTTER retailers must be returned to the same retailer where you originally purchased the product.


7.2 you must file the complaint within a reasonable period of time after discovering errors or omissions. A legitimate complaint filed in time gives you the right to either have the price reduced or to have the money refunded, depending on the situation in question. If the claim is justified, we will of course refund the delivery costs, if these are reasonable, understood in the way that a regular carrier has been used.

To be able to help and guide you in the best way, any claim for products purchased from one of our LITTLE OTTER retailers must be returned to the same retailer where you originally purchased the product. Be sure to keep your receipt as this is your warranty card.

7.3 the product is not covered by a complaint if the fault or defect is due to the customer himself, for example as a result of improper use or own repair.


7.4 products that are returned due to the right of return must be sent to LITTLE OTTER, Pieterbanksvej 17, 7600 Struer, Denmark.


7.5 products returned due to complaints must be sent to LITTLE OTTER, Pieterbanksvej 17, 7600 Struer, Denmark.


8.1 please note that products purchased from one of our LITTLE OTTER retailers must be returned to the same retailer where you originally purchased the product.


8.2 you always have the right to cancel your purchase for up to 30 days when you have shopped at Little Otters webshop.


8.3 the right of Return counts from the day you receive your product. If the period ends on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the following working day. It is not possible to cancel your order by refusing receipt or not picking up the product.


8.4 the product must be returned in the same unused condition and quality as when it was delivered by LITTLE OTTER and the packaging must be intact. If these conditions are not met, the product may lose its entire value and therefore it will not be possible to get the money refunded. This does not apply to returned goods that have been approved in advance.


8.5 when a product is returned, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged.


8.6 return of a product is at your own risk. This means that LITTLE OTTER is not responsible for any damage to the product that may occur during transport. Therefore, we always recommend that you use the original packaging to return the product.


8.7. Do not return products with postal charge. If you wish to return a product, LITTLE OTTER will refund the purchase price of the product.


We pay the exact purchase amount excl. if applicable. shipping costs, and not later than 14 days from the day we receive notice that the product is returned. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned. LITTLE OTTER will refund the payment using the same payment method as when you placed the original order. We do not impose any additional fees in connection with the handling of any return.

8.8 the product must be sent to LITTLE OTTER, Pieterbanksvej 17, 7600 Struer, Denmark.

9. Product liability

9.1 if there is damage caused by defective products, or if there is a risk or danger that damage may occur, you are obliged to contact LITTLE OTTER in writing. We assume product liability under the Danish Product Liability Act.


9.2 limitation of liability: we are solely responsible for direct bodily injury and/or damage to real estate or personal property resulting from total negligence on the part of Little Otter. However, we are not liable for any special, incidental, consequential or indirect damage.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 personal information obtained through the Little Otters’ webshop will only be used according to our Privacy Policy.


All content in the webshop and on the website belongs to LITTLE OTTER and is protected under the Danish Copyright Act. This means that you may not reproduce, copy or modify information, images or text without our prior written permission.


All orders placed in Little Otters’ webshop are regulated by Danish law, and LITTLE OTTER is subject to the Danish courts.
